Las tablas son m\u00e1s adecuadas para mantener filas y columnas de datos independientes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Al seleccionar cualquier celda dentro del \u00e1rea de desbordamiento, Excel colocar\u00e1 un borde resaltado alrededor del rango. El borde desaparecer\u00e1 cuando selecciones una celda fuera del \u00e1rea de desbordamiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Desbordamiento Excel\" data-id=\"48253\" width=\"606\" data-init-width=\"616\" height=\"204\" data-init-height=\"207\" title=\"Area de desbordamiento\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Area-de-desbordamiento.png\" data-width=\"606\" data-height=\"204\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 616 \/ 207;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Solo podras editar la primera celda del \u00e1rea de desbordamiento. Si selecciona otra celda en el \u00e1rea de desbordamiento, la f\u00f3rmula ser\u00e1 visible en la barra de f\u00f3rmulas, pero el texto es \u00abfantasma\u00bb y no se puede cambiar.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Si necesitas actualizar la f\u00f3rmula, debes de seleccionar la celda superior izquierda del rango de la matriz, cambiarla seg\u00fan sea necesario y, a continuaci\u00f3n, Excel actualizar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente el resto del \u00e1rea desbordada cuando presione la tecla enter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora que ya conoces la lista de funciones de desbordamiento Excel y los puntos a tomar en cuenta al utilizar desbordamiento, podemos dar un salto mas all\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">\u00bfQue tal si conocemos la sintaxis de cada funci\u00f3n que genera desbordamiento Excel?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"\" id=\"t-1736125624216\">Sintaxis de las funciones que genera desbordamiento Excel<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1736125624217\">Sintaxis de las Funci\u00f3n FILTRAR<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">Antes de comenzar a utilizar la&nbsp;<strong>funci\u00f3n filtrar<\/strong> en nuestros proyectos, primero debemos de conocer la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>=FILTRAR(array; include; [If_empty])<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n los detalles de cada componente de la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Array<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;= es el rango o matriz que se va a filtrar.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Include<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;= Una matriz de valores booleanos donde true representa una fila o columna que va a conservar.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>If_empty&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em>= Se devuelve si no se conserva ning\u00fan elemento.<\/p>\n<p>Si quieres ver el video explicativo de como utilizar la funci\u00f3n Filtrar en tus proyectos &gt;&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/la-funcion-filtrar.html\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\"><em><strong>Clic aqu\u00ed para ver el video<\/strong><\/em><\/a> &lt;&lt;.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1736125624218\">Sintaxis de las Funci\u00f3n ORDENAR<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">Para comenzar a utilizar la&nbsp;<strong>funci\u00f3n ORDENAR<\/strong> en nuestros proyectos, primero debemos de conocer la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"\"><p><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><strong>=ORDENAR(matriz;[ordenar_\u00edndice];[criterio_ordenaci\u00f3n];[por_col])<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"\">A continuaci\u00f3n los detalles de cada componente de la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">Matriz: Es el rango o matriz para ordenar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Ordenar_\u00edndice: Es un numero que indica la fila o columna para ordenar por.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Criterio_ordenaci\u00f3n: Es un numero que indica el orden deseado, 1 para orden ascendente, -1 para orden descendente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1736125624219\">Sintaxis de las Funci\u00f3n ORDENARPOR<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">Para comenzar a utilizar la&nbsp;<strong>funci\u00f3n ORDENARPOR<\/strong> en nuestros proyectos, primero debemos de conocer la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"\"><p><em><strong>=ORDENARPOR(matriz;por_matriz1;[orden1];&#8230;)<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"\">A continuaci\u00f3n los detalles de cada componente de la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">Matriz: Es el rango o la matriz que se va a ordenar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Por_matriz1: Es el rango o la matriz en los que se basa el orden.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Orden1: Es el numero que indica el orden deseado, 1 para orden ascendente, -1 para orden descendente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">&#8230;: El punto suspensivo indica que puedes agregar matriz2, orden2 y mucho mas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1736125624220\">Sintaxis de las Funci\u00f3n UNICOS<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">Para comenzar a utilizar la&nbsp;<strong>funci\u00f3n UNICOS<\/strong> en nuestros proyectos, primero debemos de conocer la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"\"><p><em><strong>=UNICOS(matriz,[by_col];[exactly_once])<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"\">A continuaci\u00f3n los detalles de cada componente de la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">Matriz: Es el rango o matriz desde el que se van a devolver filas o columnas \u00fanicas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">By_col: Es un valor l\u00f3gico, compara filas entre si y devuelve las filas \u00fanicas = FALSE u omitidas, compara columnas entre si y devuelve las columnas \u00fanicas =TRUE.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Exactly_once: Es un valor l\u00f3gico, devuelve filas o columnas que se producen exactamente una vez desde la matriz = TRUE, devuelve todas las filas o columnas distintas de la matriz = FALSE u omitidas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1736125624221\">Sintaxis de las Funci\u00f3n SECUENCIA<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">Para comenzar a utilizar la&nbsp;<strong>funci\u00f3n SECUENCIA<\/strong> en nuestros proyectos, primero debemos de conocer la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"\"><p><em><strong>=SECUENCIA(filas;[columnas];[inicio];[paso])<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"\">A continuaci\u00f3n los detalles de cada componente de la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">Fila: Es el numero de filas que se va a devolver.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Columnas: Es el numero de columnas que se va a devolver.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Inicio: Es el primer numero de la secuencia.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Paso: Es la cantidad en que se incrementa cada valor subsiguiente de la secuencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"\" id=\"t-1736125624222\">Sintaxis de las Funci\u00f3n MATRIZALEAT<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">Para comenzar a utilizar la&nbsp;<strong>funci\u00f3n MATRIZALEAT<\/strong> en nuestros proyectos, primero debemos de conocer la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"\"><p><em><strong>=MATRIZALEAT([filas];[columnas];[min];[max],[entero])<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"\">A continuaci\u00f3n los detalles de cada componente de la sintaxis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">Filas: Es el numero de filas de la matriz devuelta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Columnas: Es el numero de columnas de la matriz devuelta.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Min: Es el numero m\u00ednimo que desea que se devuelva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Max: Es el numero m\u00e1ximo que desea que se devuelva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Entero: Devuelve un entero o un valor decimal.
