Detalles de las 9 novedades excel 2021<\/h2>\n

1. La Coautor\u00eda – Novedades excel 2021<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ahora tu y tus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, pueden compartir el mismo archivo y trabajar en el mismo libro excel a la vez.<\/p>\n

Cuando eres coautor, puedes ver los cambios r\u00e1pidamente del otro compa\u00f1ero en cuesti\u00f3n de segundos.<\/p>\n

2. La Funci\u00f3n BuscarX – Novedades excel 2021<\/h3>\n

Esta nueva funci\u00f3n mejora la limitante de la Funci\u00f3n BuscarV, como sabr\u00e1s, BuscarV solo puede buscar valores a la Derecha, pero con esta nueva funci\u00f3n, ya podr\u00e1s buscar valores a la Derecha y a la izquierda de una matriz. 3. La Funcion LET<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Esta funci\u00f3n asigna nombre a los resultados del calculo.<\/p>\n

Esto te permite almacenar C\u00e1lculos intermedio, valores o Definir nombres dentro de una formula. Clic aqu\u00ed para ver Como utilizar la Funcion LET<\/a>.<\/p>\n

4. Las Matrices Din\u00e1micas – Novedades excel 2021<\/h3>\n

Ahora puedes escribir una formula y devolver una matriz de valores con 6 nuevas funciones: FILTRAR, ORDENAR, ORDENARPOR, UNICOS, SECUENCIA y MATRIZALEAT.<\/p>\n

5. La Funcion CoincidirX<\/h3>\n

Con esta funci\u00f3n podr\u00e1s buscar un elemento en especifico dentro de una matriz o rango de celdas y de inmediato te devolver\u00e1 la posici\u00f3n del elemento.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n, puedes utilizar la funci\u00f3n CoincidirX parra devolver un valor de una matriz. Pulsa clic aqu\u00ed para ver como utilizar la Funci\u00f3n CoincidirX.<\/a><\/p>\n

6. Aumentar el alcance del contenido<\/h3>\n

Este es una nueva opci\u00f3n el cual se encarga de vigilar tus documentos. Desde la barra de estado te indicara cuando encuentra algo que debes de ver.<\/p>\n

Puedes probarlo ubicando en la Pesta\u00f1a Revisar >> Comprobar accecibilidad<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

7. Mostrar varias hojas ocultas al mismo tiempo<\/h3>\n

En las versiones anteriores, solo se podia mostrar una hoja oculta a la vez, en esta version, podras mostrar varias hojas ocultas a la vez. Ver ejemplo pulsando clic aqu\u00ed >><\/p>\n

8. La Barra de B\u00fasqueda en excel<\/b><\/h3>\n

Puedes observar en la parte superior de excel 2021, ahora esta incluido una barra o cuadro de b\u00fasqueda . Esta potente herramienta te ayuda a encontrar r\u00e1pidamente lo que buscas.<\/p>\n

9. Estad\u00edsticas del Libro Excel<\/h3>\n

Ahora puedes acceder a estad\u00edsticas especificas del libro de trabajo, por ejemplo, si te preguntas que tama\u00f1o tiene las hojas de calculas o bien el Libro, para eso tan solo ve a la Pesta\u00f1a Revisar >> Estad\u00edsticas del Libro<\/b>.<\/p>\n
