archivo.<\/p>\n<p>Comencemos:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"t-1721511607961\">Estructura del Libro Diario<\/h2>\n<p>Para comenzar con el registro de las operaciones contables, voy a presentarte los siete encabezados que conforman el Libro Diario:<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Libro Diario en excel\" data-id=\"46148\" width=\"619\" data-init-width=\"630\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 630 \/ 73;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>al como se observa en la imagen, tenemos:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>FECHA:<\/strong><\/em> Esta columna sirve para el registro cronol\u00f3gico de la fecha de las operaciones que est\u00e1s contabilizando.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>N\u00ba ASIENTO:<\/strong><\/em> Aqu\u00ed deber\u00e1s escribir el n\u00famero de asiento o el n\u00famero de comprobante.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>CODIGO: <\/strong><\/em>En este espacio tan solo deber\u00e1s seleccionar o escribir el c\u00f3digo de cuenta (la cuenta contable).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>NOMBRE DE LA CUENTA:<\/strong><\/em> Dentro de esta celda, despu\u00e9s de haber seleccionado el c\u00f3digo de la cuenta, ahora tan solo escribes el nombre de la cuenta.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>CONCEPTO:<\/strong><\/em> Como su nombre lo indica, deber\u00e1s escribir el concepto del movimiento de la transacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las columnas <em><strong>Debe y Haber<\/strong><\/em> permiten registrar los valores seg\u00fan la naturaleza de cada cuenta.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>DEBE:<\/strong><\/em> Escribe el valor correspondiente al Debe seg\u00fan la naturaleza de la cuenta.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>HABER:<\/strong><\/em> Escribe el valor correspondiente al Haber seg\u00fan la naturaleza de la cuenta.<\/p>\n<p>Debajo de estos encabezados, vamos a agregar las transacciones generadas en tu negocio.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n voy a mostrarte el bot\u00f3n LIMPIAR TABLA, el cual te ayudar\u00e1 a borrar toda la informaci\u00f3n en el Libro Este podr\u00eda ser un ejemplo simple, similar a un asiento de apertura para iniciar operaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Por lo tanto vamos a utilizar las siguientes cuentas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">500010 Utiles de<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">&nbsp;oficina<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">1110001 Caja General<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p \"=\"\" style=\"\" tve-droppable\"=\"\">En la celda A8 y en la A9 escribimos la fecha en este caso 02-01-2024, en la celda B8 y B9 escribimos el n\u00famero de comprobante, en este caso escribimos 1, en la celda C8 escribimos el c\u00f3digo del gasto en este caso 500010.<\/p>\n<p \"=\"\" style=\"\" tve-droppable\"=\"\">En la celda C9 escribimos el c\u00f3digo de donde sali\u00f3 el dinero o pago, en este caso caja 1110001, en la celda D8 escribimos \u00daTILES DE OFICINA, en la D9 escribimos CAJA GENERAL.<\/p>\n<p \"=\"\" style=\"\" tve-droppable\"=\"\">En seguida escribes el concepto en la celda E8 y E9, en la celda F8 escribimos 500 y en la celda G9 escribimos 500.<\/p>\n<p \"=\"\" style=\"\" tve-droppable\"=\"\">Listo con estos pasos ya has creado un asiento de diario en Excel. <\/strong><\/em>En este espacio tan solo deber\u00e1s seleccionar o escribir el c\u00f3digo de cuenta (la cuenta contable).<\/p><p><em><strong>NOMBRE DE LA CUENTA:<\/strong><\/em> Dentro de esta celda, despu\u00e9s de haber seleccionado el c\u00f3digo de la cuenta, ahora tan solo escribes el nombre de la cuenta.<\/p><p><em><strong>CONCEPTO:<\/strong><\/em> Como su nombre lo indica, deber\u00e1s escribir el concepto del movimiento de la transacci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Las columnas <em><strong>Debe y Haber<\/strong><\/em> permiten registrar los valores seg\u00fan la naturaleza de cada cuenta.<\/p><p><em><strong>DEBE:<\/strong><\/em> Escribe el valor correspondiente al Debe seg\u00fan la naturaleza de la cuenta.<\/p><p><em><strong>HABER:<\/strong><\/em> Escribe el valor contabilizar, definimos las cuentas a utilizar y procedemos en el marco de la contabilidad.<\/p><p style=\"\">En este caso vamos a considerar que tenemos una factura de compra de \u00fatiles de oficina, con fecha de 02-01-2024 y un valor de USD 500 d\u00f3lares. Este podr\u00eda ser un ejemplo simple, similar a un asiento de apertura para iniciar operaciones.<\/p><p style=\"\">Por lo tanto vamos a utilizar las siguientes cuentas:<\/p><ul><li class=\"\" style=\"\">500010 Utiles de<\/li><li class=\"\" style=\"\">&nbsp;oficina<\/li><li class=\"\" style=\"\">1110001 Caja General<\/li><\/ul><p \"=\"\" class=\" class=\" style=\"\" tve-droppable\"=\"\">En la celda A8 y en la A9 escribimos la fecha en este caso 02-01-2024, en la celda B8 y B9 escribimos el n\u00famero de comprobante, en este caso escribimos 1, en la celda C8 escribimos el c\u00f3digo del gasto en este caso 500010.<\/p><p \"=\"\" class=\" class=\" style=\"\" tve-droppable\"=\"\">En la celda C9 escribimos el c\u00f3digo de donde sali\u00f3 el dinero o pago, en este caso caja 1110001, en la celda D8 escribimos \u00daTILES DE OFICINA, en la D9 escribimos CAJA GENERAL.<\/p><p \"=\"\" class=\" class=\" style=\"\" tve-droppable\"=\"\">En seguida escribes el concepto en la celda E8 y E9, en la celda F8 escribimos 500 y en la celda G9 escribimos 500.<\/p><p \"=\"\" class=\" class=\" style=\"\" tve-droppable\"=\"\">Listo con estos pasos ya has creado un asiento de diario en Excel.
