Estoy seguro que estas ansioso de utilizar tu Sistema, entonces comencemos con el articulo <strong>Como crear tu Sistema Contable Primer Paso<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actualidad comprar un Software Contable para los que tenemos peque\u00f1os negocios resulta muy costoso, por eso quiero compartir en este art\u00edculo los pasos de como crear tu propio Sistema Contable en Excel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Excel y Contabilidad es una buena opci\u00f3n para hacer crecer tu negocio, sin costo alguno nos permite controlar nuestro negocio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este art\u00edculo de <strong>Como crear tu Sistema Contable Primer Paso<\/strong>, vamos a insertar las Hojas necesarias a utilizar, vamos a nombrarlas, vamos a crear el cat\u00e1logo de cuenta de tu negocio, tambi\u00e9n vamos a dise\u00f1ar el formato del Libro Diario y el formato del Libro Mayor.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Insertando y Nombrando Hojas &#8211; Sistema Contable Primer Paso<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Libro de Excel 2010 de forma predeterminada contiene tres hojas insertadas y una hoja en la versi\u00f3n 2013. Si tienes la versi\u00f3n 2013 necesitaremos insertar cuatro hojas m\u00e1s y si tienes el 2010 solo dos hojas m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera hoja la nombraremos Diario, la segunda Mayor, siguiente Balance, Resultado, General, Flujo de Caja y Caja Chica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de nombrar las Hojas de C\u00e1lculo, seleccionamos la hoja llamada Balance, esta hoja es la base de todas las hojas, por lo tanto la base del registro contable es el cat\u00e1logo de cuentas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de la hoja Balance crearemos el cat\u00e1logo de cuenta, dicho sea de paso esta hoja nos servir\u00e1 como Balance de Comprobaci\u00f3n y como Cat\u00e1logo de Cuentas.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pasos para crear el Catalogo de Cuenta &#8211; Sistema Contable Primer Paso<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cat\u00e1logo de cuenta es el instrumento contable principal de operaciones y se divide de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grupo, Subgrupo, Cuenta, Subcuenta, Sub-Subcuenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El primer nivel del cat\u00e1logo de cuenta que es el \u00abGrupo\u00bb se clasifica de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.Activo, 2.Pasivo, 3.Capital, 4.Ingreso, 5.Costos, 6.Gastos y 7.Cuentas de orden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Subgrupo se clasifica de la siguiente forma:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.1. Activos Circulantes, 1.2. Activos Fijos, 1.3. Otros Activos, etc. para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n descargar aqu\u00ed el Ejemplo de <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 23, 255);\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/EjemplodeCatalogodeCuentas.xlsx\" style=\"outline: none;\"><strong>Catalogo de Cuenta<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3>Ejemplo:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si ya terminaste de armar tu cat\u00e1logo de cuenta entonces debe de tener una apariencia casi similar a la imagen de abajo:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Sistema Contable Primer Paso\" width=\"630\" height=\"504\" title=\"Balance de Comprobaci\u00f3n\" data-id=\"37322\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Balance-de-Comprobaci\u00f3n.png\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 630 \/ 504;\" data-width=\"630\" data-height=\"504\" data-init-width=\"630\" data-init-height=\"504\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora que ya tenemos el cat\u00e1logo de cuenta, el siguiente paso es dise\u00f1ar el formato de nuestro Libro Diario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para eso nos desplazamos a la hoja que nombramos anteriormente como \u00abDiario\u00bb y empezamos a darle forma al Diario, para eso nombramos de la celda A10 hasta la G10 en el siguiente orden:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Sistema Contable Primer Paso\" width=\"449\" height=\"303\" title=\"Diario\" data-id=\"37323\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Diario.png\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 449 \/ 303;\" data-width=\"449\" data-height=\"303\" data-init-width=\"449\" data-init-height=\"303\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Para continuar:<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seleccionamos de la celda A10 hasta la celda G500 y le damos todos los bordes para que quede de la siguiente forma:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Sistema Contable Primer Paso\" width=\"630\" height=\"462\" title=\"Diario General\" data-id=\"37324\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Diario-General.png\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 630 \/ 462;\" data-width=\"630\" data-height=\"462\" data-init-width=\"630\" data-init-height=\"462\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Queda en opci\u00f3n de cada uno dise\u00f1ar el encabezado a su propio gusto y tambi\u00e9n pueden configurar el fondo, trama y borde a su propio gusto para que se vea muy bonito y profesional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora nos ubicamos en la hoja llamada \u00abMAYOR\u00bb y hacemos una copia id\u00e9ntica al Diario, con la diferencia que le cambiamos el nombre del encabezado el que dice \u00abDiario General\u00bb por \u00abMayor General\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Ejemplo de la Imagen &#8211; Sistema Contable Primer Paso<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Sistema Contable Primer Paso\" width=\"630\" height=\"462\" title=\"Mayor General\" data-id=\"37325\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Mayor-General.png\" style=\"\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qu\u00e9 tal si empiezas a dise\u00f1ar tu Plantilla Contable en Excel!
