como crear transacciones contables<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como primer paso, antes de empezar a crear transacciones, debemos de crear la empresa para el cual deseamos llevar la contabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si no sabes como crear una empresa, ve al Menu del Manual y pulsa clic en \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/como-crear-y-abrir-una-nueva-empresa\" style=\"outline: none;\"><strong>Como crear y Abrir una Empresa<\/strong><\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este video, no voy a mostrar todos estos pasos, ya que este es una presentaci\u00f3n rel\u00e1mpago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como segundo paso, debemos de configurar el Plan de Cuentas, en este caso puedes modificar el Plan de cuentas Predeterminado o bien Sustituirlo totalmente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ver como Modificar y personalizar tu Plan de Cuentas, tan solo ve al Menu del Manual del Usuario y <a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/personalizar-tu-propio-plan-de-cuentas\" style=\"outline: none;\"><strong>pulsa clic para ver el video<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y como tercer paso, debes de actualizar las cuentas contables en la Hoja Balance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para eso debes de ver el video \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/actualizar-las-cuentas-contables\" style=\"outline: none;\"><strong>Como Actualizar las cuentas Contable<\/strong><\/a>\u201d desde el Menu del Manual del usuario\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"t-1697390172270\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Creando Saldos iniciales &#8211; Funciones del Sistema Contable<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora, si, voy a considerar que tienes todo listo, voy a mostrar rapidamente como crear transacciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para iniciar, debemos de agregar los Saldos iniciales, para eso, nos vamos a Crear saldos iniciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y dentro de este escribimos el numero de la Poliza de Diario, en este caso es el uno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segun lo que nos indica en la Celda F4.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En seguida escribimos el concepto SALDO INICIAL VIENE DEL 31-12-2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y pulsamos clic en el boton Rojo COPIAR DATOS. Puedes notar que autom\u00e1ticamente nos trae todas las cuentas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de este escribimos el saldo correspondiente para cada cuenta y si hay alguna cuenta, que no trae saldo inicial entonces lo eliminas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez todo este listo, tan solo pulsas clic guardar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y en seguida, pulsamos clic en Nuevo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nos ubicamos en la Hoja Diario, y puedes notar que ya hemos guardado la primera transacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En seguida, seg\u00fan el tipo movimiento contable, vamos a crear las P\u00f3lizas correspondientes, en este caso, vamos a crear como ejemplo una P\u00f3liza de ingreso.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"t-1697390172271\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Creando una P\u00f3liza de Ingreso &#8211; Funciones del Sistema Contable<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pulsamos clic en el boton Ingresos o bien puedes pulsar clic en Cingreso desde la Pesta\u00f1a Contabilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de este, primero escribimos el numero de P\u00f3liza de Ingreso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En seguida escribimos la fecha y el concepto: VENTAS CORRESPONDIENTES AL DIA XXXX.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Considerando que la venta fue al contado, vamos a seleccionar la cuenta Caja General.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En seguida seleccionamos la cuenta de ingreso, en este caso ventas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En seguida, pulsamos clic sobre descripci\u00f3n para mostrar el nombre de cada cuenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Escribimos los valores y listo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora, puedes imprimir el comprobante o poliza, una vez impreso puedes guardarlo, pulsando clic en el boton guardar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pulsamos clic en Nuevo, para generar otra P\u00f3liza de Ingreso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La funci\u00f3n Modificar no esta disponible en la version Basica, solo en la version Avanzada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cualquier modificaci\u00f3n en la versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica, se debe hacer desde la hoja Diario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muy bien, ahora veamos como generar el Mayor para cada cuenta,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para eso nos ubicamos en la Hoja Mayor, Seleccionamos la cuenta que querremos presentar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este caso la cuenta Caja general y pulsamos clic en Presentar Mayor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"width: 100%;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Presentar-Mayor-1.png\" rel=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"214\" data-width=\"628\" data-height=\"214\" data-init-width=\"628\" data-init-height=\"214\" data- data-init-><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puedes notar que se presenta los detalles de la Cuenta Caja General.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora, nos ubicamos en la hoja Balance, desde aqui puedes ver que ya se muestra los movimientos acumulados de cada cuenta.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"t-1697390172274\">Preguntas frecuentas de las funciones del Sistema contable<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"t-1697390172275\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las funciones b\u00e1sicas de un sistema contable?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">A continuacion la lista de funciones basicas de un sistema contable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">Recopilar informaci\u00f3n de forma diaria (Todos los documentos de movimientos financieros y economicos).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Clasificar los documentos &nbsp;recopilados para su tratamiento contable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Codificar segun el plan de cuentas &nbsp;cada documento clasificado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Registrar en el Libro Diario todos los documentos codificados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Mayorizar los registros contables del Libro Diario.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Crear el Balance de comprobacion para asegurar el emision de Estados financieros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Crear los estados financieros.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"t-1697390172276\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las 5 funciones del sistema de informaci\u00f3n contable?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">A continuacion las 5 funciones del sistema de informacion contable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"\">La primera funcion es el almacenamiento de datos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">La segunda funcion es la salida de datos para generar reportes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Tercera funcion es generar los presupuestos del negocio o empresa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Otras de las funciones es calcularlas liquidaciones de sueldos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\">Y la ultima funcion es el control de Inventario de mercaderias.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"t-1697390172277\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas funciones b\u00e1sicas contiene un sistema de informaci\u00f3n contable?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">Segun las respuestas a las preguntas anteriores, puedo considerar que tenemos 4 funciones basicas de la informacion contable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">Establecer los valores de bienes, deudas y el patrimonio que posee la empresa o negocio.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Llevar el control de ingresos y egresos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Ofrecer informacion ordenada de los estados economico y financiero del negocio.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Generar informacion fiable para terceros (Clientes, invercionistas, bancos y gobierno).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: mostrar rapidamente como crear transacciones.<\/p><p data-css=\"tve-u-1631dfa0437\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para iniciar, debemos de agregar los Saldos iniciales, para eso, nos vamos a Crear saldos iniciales.<\/p><p data-css=\"tve-u-1631dfa0437\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y dentro de este escribimos el numero de la Poliza de Diario, en este caso es el uno.&nbsp;<\/p><p data-css=\"tve-u-1631dfa0437\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segun lo que nos indica en la Celda F4.<\/p><p data-css=\"tve-u-1631dfa0437\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En seguida escribimos el concepto SALDO INICIAL VIENE DEL 31-12-2017.<\/p><p data-css=\"tve-u-1631dfa0437\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y pulsamos clic en el boton Rojo COPIAR DATOS. Puedes notar que autom\u00e1ticamente nos trae todas las cuentas.<\/p><p data-css=\"tve-u-1631dfa0437\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de este escribimos el saldo correspondiente para cada cuenta y si hay alguna cuenta, que no trae saldo inicial entonces lo eliminas.<\/p><p data-css=\"tve-u-1631dfa0437\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez todo este listo, tan solo pulsas clic
