Almac\u00e9n?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQuieres que al comprar nuevos productos o art\u00edculos las cantidades aumenten en la existencia o bien quieres que disminuya al vender estos art\u00edculos?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muy bien, entonces d\u00e9jame decirte que estas en el lugar correcto, hoy voy a compartirte todos los pasos de c\u00f3mo hacerlo, pero antes d\u00e9jame presentarme:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hola soy Roger P\u00e9rez y hoy voy a compartir contigo \u00abComo automatizar la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n en Excel paso a paso\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo tanto comencemos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0);\">NOTA:<\/span><\/strong> Articulo creado gracias a la pregunta de Kry Ponce en Facebook, visita nuestra p\u00e1gina en Facebook, <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 23, 255);\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AplicaExceContable\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pulsando clic aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Automatizando la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n en Excel<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para automatizar tu Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n, lo primero que debemos de hacer es nombrar tres hojas en Excel, para eso seguimos los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>1<\/span><span>Abrimos Excel e insertamos dos Hojas mas en caso que tengas Excel 2013,2016,2019 o 2021 (Si tienes Excel 2007 o 2010 de forma predetermina ya tiene tres Hojas activas).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>2<\/span><span>Nombramos a la primera Hoja BASE, a la segunda Hoja PRODUCTO y a la tercera Hoja RESUMEN.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la Hoja BASE, en forma de ejemplo agregue los siguientes encabezados:<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Tarjeta de Almacen\" width=\"623\" height=\"53\" title=\"Ejemplo de Encabezado\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Encabezado-Base-Tarjeta-de-Almacen1.png\" data-width=\"623\" data-height=\"53\" data-init-width=\"623\" data-init-height=\"53\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 623 \/ 53;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la Hoja Producto, agregue el siguiente enlace y los siguientes C\u00f3digos y Producto:<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Tarjeta de Almacen\" width=\"245\" height=\"150\" title=\"Ejemplo de C\u00f3digos y Productos\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Encabezado-Producto-Tarjeta-de-Almacen.png\" data-width=\"245\" data-height=\"150\" data-init-width=\"245\" data-init-height=\"150\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 245 \/ 150;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bien, ahora para la Hoja Resumen, agregue los siguientes encabezados:<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Tarjeta de Almacen\" width=\"582\" height=\"48\" title=\"Encabezado Resumen\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Encabezado-Resumen-Tarjeta-de-Almacen.png\" data-width=\"582\" data-height=\"48\" data-init-width=\"582\" data-init-height=\"48\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 582 \/ 48;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">3 Formas para automatizar la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voy a compartirte tres formas para automatizar la Suma y Resta de los movimientos de Compra (Entrada), Venta (Salida) y los Saldos, para que puedas mantenerte al d\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n la primera T\u00e9cnica para automatizar las Tarjetas de Almac\u00e9n:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Como automatizar la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n con Tablas Din\u00e1micas<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El primer paso es alimentar la Base con Datos, en este caso con los registros de compra y venta de los art\u00edculos o productos. A continuaci\u00f3n voy a dejar el Libro Excel para que puedas descargarlo:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/go\/tarjeta-de-almacen-en-excel\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/go\/tarjeta-de-almacen-en-excel\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\"><em><strong>Haz clic para descargar el archivo Excel<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsa clic en el enlace o bien en la imagen de Excel para descargar el archivo de practica para automatizar Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Considerando que ya descargaste el Libro Excel, puedes notar que he validado la columna B (C\u00f3digo), para que muestre en desplegable los c\u00f3digos en cada celda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sabes como Validar Datos en Excel? Si no sabes tan solo&nbsp;<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 23, 255);\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/como-validar-datos-en-excel.html\" style=\"outline: none;\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>pulsa clic aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><\/span> para ver como Validar Datos en Excel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bien, ahora vamos a crear la Tabla Din\u00e1mica en Excel, para que puedas automatizar la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para eso:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Sigamos los siguientes pasos<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Seleccionamos de la celda A1:G35 (Tu puedes seleccionarlo hasta la G200 o G500 para que se actualice autom\u00e1ticamente en el informe de Tabla Din\u00e1mica).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Nos dirigimos en la pesta\u00f1a \u00abINSERTAR\u00bb, Grupo \u00abTablas\u00bb y pulsamos clic sobre el comando \u00abTabla Din\u00e1mica\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Se presenta una ventana peque\u00f1a, tal a como esta pulsamos clic en \u00abAceptar\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Puedes notar que autom\u00e1ticamente se inserta una nueva Hoja llamada \u00abHoja1\u00bb, vamos a cambiarle este nombre a \u00abTarjeta de Almacen\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Muy bien, dentro de esta Hoja \u00abTarjeta de Almacen\u00bb, en la parte derecha podemos observar los Campos de Tabla Din\u00e1mica, donde podemos seleccionarlo y arrastrarlo a las \u00e1reas correspondientes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Para eso seleccionamos con un Check el campo FECHA, CODIGO, PRODUCTO, ENTRADA, SALIDA y SALDO.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Podemos notar que todos se agruparon en el \u00e1rea \u00abFilas\u00bb, pero en seguida lo vamos a ordenar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Arrastramos el campo PRODUCTO al \u00e1rea \u00abFiltros\u00bb, arrastramos ENTRADA, SALIDA y SALDO en el \u00e1rea \u00abValores\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>En el \u00e1rea \u00abValores\u00bb, vamos a configurar el valor de campo, para eso pulsamos clic sobre el campo ENTRADA, se despliega varias opciones, seleccionamos \u00abConfiguraci\u00f3n de campo de Valor\u00bb con un clic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Se presenta una ventana, dentro de este elegimos el tipo de c\u00e1lculo que deseamos usar, en este caso seleccionamos la suma y pulsamos clic en \u00abAceptar\u00bb. Aplicamos estos mismos pasos para el campo SALIDA y SALDO.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Continuamos<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Listo! Ya tenemos nuestro informe, en este momento lo podemos ver de forma general. Pero enseguida podremos observar los aumentos, disminuciones y saldos de cada Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muy bien, nos ubicamos en el \u00abFiltro de Productos\u00bb, lo desplegamos y seleccionamos el producto XXXX-PLATANOS:<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Tarjeta de Almacen\" width=\"271\" height=\"314\" title=\"Seleccionando Producto para Tarjeta de Almacen\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Seleccionando-Producto-para-Tarjeta-de-Almacen.png\" data-width=\"271\" data-height=\"314\" data-init-width=\"271\" data-init-height=\"314\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 271 \/ 314;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora puedes ver solo \u00e9l informe de Entradas, Salidas y Saldos de la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n del producto XXXX-PLATANOS:<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Tarjeta de Almacen\" width=\"492\" height=\"241\" title=\"Tarjeta de Almacen en Excel\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Tarjeta-de-Almacen-en-Excel.png\" data-width=\"492\" data-height=\"241\" data-init-width=\"492\" data-init-height=\"241\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 492 \/ 241;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bien, ahora si digitas nuevas transacciones de Entradas y Salidas en la Base, tan solo al pulsa clic en \u00abActualizar\u00bb, podr\u00e1s ver el movimiento de inmediato en la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Tarjeta de Almacen\" width=\"231\" height=\"117\" title=\"Actualizar Tarjeta de Almacen\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Actualizar-Tarjeta-de-Almacen.png\" data-width=\"231\" data-height=\"117\" data-init-width=\"231\" data-init-height=\"117\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 231 \/ 117;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0);\">NOTA:<\/span><\/strong> Si el origen de Datos asignado no cubre el rango donde se ha digitado los Datos en la Hoja Base, entonces no podr\u00e1s actualizar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para poder actualizar tienes que actualizar el rango pulsando clic en \u00abCambiar origen de Datos\u00bb y aumentamos m\u00e1s el rango, si lo ten\u00edas en 200 lo dejas a 400 es decir de la A1:G400.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Listo! Es el primer m\u00e9todo intuitivo.
