en este articulo voy a compartirte un tips de excel para crear Barra de Estado o bien barras de progreso para cada etapa de proyecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Y antes de ver los pasos, quiero compartirles que me inspire en escribir este articulo, gracias a un visita al blog desde mexico, que me hizo la siguiente pregunta desde el chat:<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"\"><p>Queria ver si es posible una idea en excel, es posible una condicional que si escribo un texto, se pongan de color \u00abx\u00bb cantidad de celdas.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Tratando de compartirme una idea de lo que quiere automatizar, me compartio la siguiente imagen:<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Barra de Estado en Excel\" title=\"6646118a9c99c11efbabeab02e7b7837.png\" style=\"\">No puedo mencionar su nombre, ya que no lo compartio, pero despu\u00e9s de explicarme todo su proyecto, considero que sera de mucha ayuda este peque\u00f1o truco para tus proyectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">En la siguiente imagen te dejo un ejemplo de la automatizaci\u00f3n que el visitante queria lograr:<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Ejemplo style=\"text-align: center;\">Pasos para crear Barra de Estado en Excel<\/h2>\n<p style=\"\">Como primer paso, te invito a que descargues el archivo de practica, pulsa clic en el enlace:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Ejemplo-barra-de-estado-en-Excel.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Ejemplo-barra-de-estado-en-Excel.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\"><em><strong>Haz clic para descargar el archivo excel<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsa clic en el enlace o bien en la imagen de excel para descargar el archivo de practica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ya lo descargaste?<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Muy bien, ahora, tan solo abre el archivo y veamos el segundo paso:<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Para poder explicarte los pasos de como crear gr\u00e1ficos de barra de estado, hemos creado dos hojas: PLAN y PARAMETROS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">En la Columna estado, le hemos agregado Validacion Dinamica, para ver como hacer una <a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/validacion-dinamica-en-excel.html\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\">validacion dinamica<\/a>, visita el siguiente enlace:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 0);\">Ahora, en la columna valor hemos agregado una formula que llamara automaticamente el valor del parametro una vez se seleccione el estado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 0);\">Para ver como crear formulas con la funcion SI y buscarV, visita el siguiente enlace:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/como-aplicar-la-formula-excel-buscarv.html\" style=\"outline: none;\" target=\"_blank\"><span><strong>Haz clic aqui para ver como aplicar la funcion BuscarV =&gt;<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 0);\">Y para crear la barra de estado de cada etapa de proyecto, tan solo sigamos los siguientes pasos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  <span><span style=\"color: rgb(6, 1, 1);\">En la celda I7 escribe la siguiente formula: <strong>=SI(H7=35;\u00bb35&#8243;;SI(H7=50;\u00bb50&#8243;;SI(H7=75;\u00bb75&#8243;;SI(H7=100;\u00bb100&#8243;;\u00bb\u00bb))))<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>  <span style=\"\">\n<p>Ahora en la Celda J7 escribe la siguiente formula: <strong>=SI(H7=50;\u00bb50&#8243;;SI(H7=75;\u00bb75&#8243;;SI(H7=100;\u00bb100&#8243;;\u00bb\u00bb)))<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>  <span>\n<p>Por lo tanto, en la celda K7 escribe la siguiente formula:<strong>=SI(H7=75;\u00bb75&#8243;;SI(H7=100;\u00bb100&#8243;;\u00bb\u00bb))<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>  <span>\n<p>Y en la celda L7 escribe la siguiente formula: <strong>=SI(H7=100;\u00bb100&#8243;;\u00bb\u00bb)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li>  <span style=\"\">\n<p>Ahora, seleccionamos de la I7 a la L13 y rellenamos las f\u00f3rmulas hacia abajo.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Muy bien, ahora, solo nos falta crear los formatos condicionales para crear la barra de estado.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Creando Formato Condicional para barra de estado<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\">Como primer paso seleccionamos de la I7 a la L13, en este caso ya lo tengo seleccionado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Ahora, vamos a crear cuatro reglas de formato Condicional.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Por lo tanto, nos ubicamos en formato condiconal y pulsamos clic en Nueva regla.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Dentro de este seleccionamos \u201cAplicar formato \u00fanicamente a las celdas que contengan\u201d.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">Ahora, vamos a editar la descripcion de la regla, en la primer lista desplegable, seleccionamos: Valor de la Celda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">En la siguiente lista desplegable seleccionamos \u201cIgual a\u201d y en el cuadro de texto escribimos: =\u201d35\u201d.<\/li>\n<li style=\"\">En seguida pulsamos clic en formato, y en la seccion fuente, le aplicamos el color de fuente verde y en la seccion relleno, le aplicamos el color de relleno verde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(9, 30, 245);\">Continuamos con mas Formato Condicional<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\">Tan solo aceptamos y nuevamente aceptar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora, vamos a seguir los mismos pasos para crear la segunda regla de formato condicional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">En este caso solo cambiara el valor en el cuadro de texto por 50 y el color de formato para la fuente y relleno en amarrillo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Listo, ahora continuamos con la tercera regla condicional, para eso repetimos los pasos anteriores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">En este caso solo cambiara el valor en el cuadro de texto por 75 y el color de formato para la fuente y relleno en anaranjado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">y el ultimo formato condicional con valor de 100 y el formato para la fuente y relleno en color Azul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora, si nos vamos al adminitrador de reglas, puedes notar que hemo creado 4 formato condianal, tal a como se muestra estado.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thrv_wrapper thrv_text_element\" style=\"\" data-css=\"tve-u-15fccdffa67\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\" class=\"\"><h2 data-css=\"tve-u-15fcc35b41a\" class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Creando Formato Condicional para barra de estado<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"thrv_wrapper thrv_contentbox_shortcode thrv-content-box tve-elem-default-pad\" data-css=\"tve-u-18da86f1e2b\" style=\"\">\n\t<div class=\"tve-content-box-background\"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"tve-cb\" style=\"\" data-css=\"tve-u-18da86f1e25\"><div class=\"thrv_wrapper thrv_text_element\"><ul class=\"\"><li class=\"\" style=\"\">Como primer paso seleccionamos de la I7 a la L13, en este caso ya lo tengo seleccionado.<\/li><li class=\"\" style=\"\">Ahora, vamos a crear cuatro reglas de formato Condicional.<\/li><li class=\"\" style=\"\">Por lo tanto, nos ubicamos en formato condiconal y pulsamos clic en Nueva regla.<\/li><li class=\"\" style=\"\">Dentro de este seleccionamos \u201cAplicar formato \u00fanicamente a las celdas que contengan\u201d.<\/li><li class=\"\" style=\"\">Ahora, vamos a editar la descripcion de la regla, en la primer lista desplegable, seleccionamos: Valor de la Celda.<\/li><li class=\"\" style=\"\">En la siguiente lista desplegable seleccionamos \u201cIgual a\u201d y en el cuadro de texto escribimos: =\u201d35\u201d.<\/li><li class=\"\" style=\"\">En seguida pulsamos clic en formato, y en la seccion fuente, le aplicamos el color de fuente verde y en la seccion relleno, le aplicamos el color de relleno verde.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thrv_wrapper thrv_text_element\" style=\"\" data-css=\"tve-u-15fccfcf624\"><h2 class=\"\" style=\"text-align: center;\" data-css=\"tve-u-18da879ade8\"><span data-css=\"tve-u-15fccfc808c\" style=\"color: rgb(9, 30, 245);\">Continuamos con mas Formato Condicional<\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"thrv_wrapper thrv_contentbox_shortcode thrv-content-box tve-elem-default-pad\" data-css=\"tve-u-18da87bc514\" style=\"\">\n\t<div class=\"tve-content-box-background\"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"tve-cb\" style=\"\" data-css=\"tve-u-18da87bc50d\"><div class=\"thrv_wrapper thrv_text_element\">\t<p style=\"\">Tan solo aceptamos y nuevamente aceptar.<\/p><p style=\"\">Ahora, vamos a seguir los mismos pasos para crear la segunda regla de formato condicional.<\/p><p style=\"\">En este caso solo cambiara el valor en el cuadro de texto por 50 y el color de formato para la fuente y relleno en amarrillo.<\/p><p style=\"\">Listo, ahora continuamos con la tercera regla condicional, para eso repetimos los pasos anteriores.<\/p><p style=\"\">En este caso solo cambiara el valor en el cuadro de texto por 75 y el color de formato para la fuente y relleno en anaranjado.<\/p><p style=\"\">y el ultimo formato condicional con valor de 100 y el formato para la fuente y relleno en color Azul.<\/p><p style=\"\">Ahora, si nos vamos al adminitrador de reglas, puedes notar que hemo creado 4 formato condianal, tal a como se muestra en la imagen:<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thrv_wrapper
