<strong>Roger P\u00e9rez<\/strong> y en este articulo quiero presentarte la versi\u00f3n 5.0 de la Plantilla Facturaci\u00f3n e Inventario en Excel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de esta nueva versi\u00f3n hemos reestructurado todo el dise\u00f1o comenzando por la Secci\u00f3n de Reportes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hemos preparado 4 Formularios que contiene 4 Tipos de Reportes:<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Inventario en Excel\" width=\"356\" height=\"309\" title=\"Reportes1\" data-id=\"33840\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Reportes1.png\" data-width=\"356\" data-height=\"309\" data-init-width=\"356\" data-init-height=\"309\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 356 \/ 309;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Formulario 1: Reportes de Inventario<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Formulario 2: Reportes de Cuentas por Cobrar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Formulario 3: Reportes de Cuentas por Pagar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Formulario 4: Reportes Especiales<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de Reportes de Inventario tenemos los comandos para Generar el Mayor, tenemos el bot\u00f3n para generar y revisar el Kardex.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El bot\u00f3n para Imprimir Reportes y el bot\u00f3n para Imprimir la Lista de Art\u00edculos, Productos o Servicios:<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Inventario en Excel\" width=\"613\" height=\"272\" data-init-height=\"272\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 613 \/ 272;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de Reportes de Cuentas por Cobrar, tenemos el comando para Generar el Estado de Cuentas por Clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El bot\u00f3n para Generar y Revisar el Estado de Cuenta y el bot\u00f3n para Imprimir el Resumen de Cuentas por Cobrar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma en el Formulario de Reportes de Cuentas por Pagar, tenemos el comando para Generar el Estado de Cuentas por Proveedor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tenemos el bot\u00f3n para Generar y Revisar el Estado de Cuenta y el bot\u00f3n para Imprimir el Resumen de Cuentas por Pagar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n hemos agregado un Formulario Especial, para Reportes Especiales de Venta, Compras y Cierre de Caja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n desde este Formulario podr\u00e1s Imprimir la Hoja Base y la Hoja Costo Comercial:<\/p>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Inventario en Excel\" width=\"570\" height=\"315\" title=\"Reporte Especiales\" data-id=\"33842\" src=\"\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Reporte-Especiales.png\" data-width=\"570\" data-height=\"315\" data-init-width=\"570\" data-init-height=\"315\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 570 \/ 315;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Otras mejoras de la Plantilla Facturaci\u00f3n e Inventario en Excel<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y para mejorar el funcionamiento integral hemos aplicado formulas estructuradas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para que los rangos de los nombres definidos sean Dinamicos, es decir que se actualicen autom\u00e1ticamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma para las Validaciones de Datos, hemos aplicado Validaci\u00f3n Din\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para que toda lista ya sea Lista de Productos, Proveedores, Clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tan solo al agregar un nuevo dato, este se actualice autom\u00e1ticamente en la Lista Desplegable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora, tambi\u00e9n puedes notar que hemos agregado un nuevo bot\u00f3n llamado C\u00f3digo:<\/p>\n<p><span><img
