style=\"\"><strong>Aplicando Formato Rapido con el Pegado especial<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Antes de iniciar, te invito a que descargues el archivo que contiene los datos, para que puedas aplicar todos los pasos:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Formato-Rapido-Archivo-de-Practica.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Formato-Rapido-Archivo-de-Practica.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\"><em><strong>Haz clic para descargar el archivo excel<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsa clic en el enlace o bien en la imagen de excel para descargar el archivo de practica.<\/p>\n<p>Pasos para aplicar Formato de forma r\u00e1pida con el pegado especial.<\/p>\n<p>Para comenzar vamos a seleccionar la primera columna con datos y le aplicamos los siguientes formas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Lo centramos.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Le aplicamos negrilla al encabezado.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Aumentamos de tama\u00f1o a la Celda B8 y le aplicamos negrilla.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Pulsamos ctrl + 1 para abrir formato de celda y le aplicamos moneda y lo dejamos sin decimales.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>A la siguiente celda, le aplicamos formato de Celdas n\u00fameros, con separador de miles y sin decimales.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Seleccionamos de la B10:B12 y le cambiamos el color de fuente.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>A esta misma seleccion tambien le aplicamos formato moneda y lo dejamos sin decimales<\/strong><\/em><em><strong>Seleccionamos el encabezado y le aplicamos un color de relleno.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Seleccionamos toda la columna con datos y le aplicamos color de borde gris desde formato de celda.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Le aplicamos donde querremos que aparresca las lineas en este caso abajo y pulsamos clic en aceptar.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ahora vamos a aplicar el truco, veras que en tan solo 5 segundos, el formato se aplica a las dem\u00e1s columnas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seleccionamos la primera columna y pulsamos clic en copiar Formato, ahora pulsamos clic en la segunda celda.<\/strong>Y listo, autom\u00e1ticamente se aplica todos los formatos en la segunda columna.Este mismo paso lo repetimos para las dem\u00e1s columnas.Y listo, puedes notar que
