La Tecla F2:<\/strong>&nbsp;Cuando seleccionas una celda, presiona la tecla F2, podr\u00e1s ver como excel coloca el cursor al final de la Formula y te permite editarlo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. La Tecla F3:<\/strong>&nbsp;Pega Nombres definido en la Formula.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando tienes muchos Nombres definidos y a menudo tienes que recordar la lista de Nombres definido, es un poco dif\u00edcil para ti recordarlos.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre que quieras escribir un nombre definido tan solo presiona la tecla F3, excel te mostrara una ventana.<\/p>\n<p>Justo con la lista de Nombres definidos, escoges el que deseas y lo insertas pulsando clic en Aceptar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. La Tecla Tab:<\/strong>&nbsp;Hace la funci\u00f3n de Autocompletar nombres y referencias estructurales.<\/p>\n<p>Al comenzar a escribir una Formula , Excel muestra las sugerencias de Autocompletar.<\/p>\n<p>Utiliza las teclas direccionales para seleccionar la Funci\u00f3n a utilizar y presionas tab para que excel lo escriba por ti.<\/p>\n<p>Con estos pasos ahorraras mucho tiempo en escribir formulas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. La Tecla F4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Al presionar esta tecla, podr\u00e1s cambiar los estilos de referencias: Absoluta \u2013 Mixto &nbsp;\u2013 Relativo.<\/p>\n<p>Al escribir una Formula, en ocasiones es posible que desees cambiar el estilo de referencia.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso tan solo utilizas la Tecla F4, ubicas con el cursor dentro de la direcci\u00f3n del rango a la cual quieres aplicar el estilo de referencia y pulsas la tecla F4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
