Tal a como se muestra en la imagen:<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Encender apagar formato\" width=\"512\" data-init-width=\"520\" height=\"362\" data-init-height=\"368\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/a7\/0b\/a4\/a70ba42339499d93e80dc1c6da98d801.gif\" data-width=\"512\" data-height=\"362\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 520 \/ 368;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Hola Soy Roger Perez y hoy quiero compartir contigo los pasos de como Encender apagar Formato condicional tal a como se muestra en la imagen anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Los pasos que voy a mostrarte en este articulo, lo puedes aplicar para los archivos de tus inventarios, Estadistica, Ventas, Compras y en todos tus proyectos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Comencemos:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pasos para Encender Apagar Formato Condicional<\/h2>\n<p style=\"\">Para explicarte todos los pasos de como preparar el Encendido y apagado de Formato Condicional, he preparado un archivo con la cual voy a explicarte los pasos, te invito a descargarlo:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Encender-apagar-Formato-condicional.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Encender-apagar-Formato-condicional.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Haz clic para descargar el archivo excel<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsa clic en el enlace o bien en la imagen de excel para descargar el archivo de practica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Listo! Ya lo descargaste?<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Muy bien, sigamos los siguientes pasos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Dentro del Archivo vamos a insertar una Casilla de control de Formulario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Lo dibujamos entre la E2 a la F2. cambiamos el texto casilla por ENCEDIDO\/APAGADO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora vamos a conectar esta casilla con la celda H2, para eso pulsamos clic derecho y seleccionamos Formato de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Dentro de este vamos a ubicanos en el cuadro de texto que dice: vincular con la celda y escribimos $H$2 y pulsamos clic en aceptar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">En la Celda E3 escribimos Nombre y en la celda E4 escribimos Su record &gt;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora lo adornamos y listo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora vamos a preparar los formatos condicionales necesarios.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Creando Formatos Condicionales para encender y apagar formato<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">El Primer formato condicional que vamos a crear es para el encendido y el apagado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Para eso seleccionamos de la B3:C18, nos vamos a formato condicional, nueva regla, seleccionamos \u00abUtilice una formula que determine las celdas para aplicar formatos\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Nos ubicamos dentro del Cuadro de texto y escribimos =NO($H$2) y pulsamos clic en aceptar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora vamos a crear la segunda regla de Formato condicional, para eso seleccionamos de la B3:C18, nos ubicamos en formato condicional, nueva regla, seleccionamos la opcion para Formula y escribimos dentro del cuadro de texto lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">=$C3&gt;$F$4<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsamos clic en formato, nos ubicamos en relleno y seleccionamos el color oro( de la fila de colores amarrillo).<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsamos clic en aceptar y nuevamente en aceptar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora continuamos con el tercer formato condicional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Seleccionamos de la B3:C18, nos ubicamos en Formato condicional, nueva regla, seleccionamos la opcion de formua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Dentro del Cuadro de texto escribimos la siguiente formula:<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">=$B3=$F$3<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsamos clic en Formato, nos ubicamos en relleno y selecionamos el color rosado, pulsamos clic en aceptar y aceptar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora vamos a preparar el encendido y apagado, para eso movemos de primero la regla que creamos de primero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">En seguida activamos con un check donde dice Detener si es verdad y pulsamos clic en aceptar.<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Encender apagar formato\" width=\"597\" data-init-width=\"621\" height=\"291\" data-init-height=\"303\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i.pinimg.com\/originals\/2e\/46\/e4\/2e46e48f3543e953d400633833fae38b.png\" data-width=\"597\" data-height=\"291\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 621 \/ 303;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ahora, tan solo prueba encender la casilla y apagar la casilla veras como se activa el formato condicional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Ademas de eso en la F3 escribe cualquier letra de la \u00aba\u00bb a la \u00abh\u00bb, en la F4 escribe cualquier valor y veras como se resalta las celdas de acuerdo a las condiciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Te invito a que Descargues el Archivo ya listo con la Casilla y formatos condicional listos para ver en funcionamiento el encendido y el apagado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/?smd_process_download=1&amp;download_id=46421\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Encender-apagar-Formato-condicional-1.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"outline: none;\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Haz clic para descargar el archivo excel<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsa clic en el enlace o bien en la imagen de excel para descargar el archivo de practica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Que tal te parecio el tema de hoy?
