Comencemos.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pasos para automatizar una Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n Con Subtotales en Excel<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de compartirte los pasos de la segunda t\u00e9cnica, te invito a que veas la Primera t\u00e9cnica <span style=\"color: rgb(0, 23, 255);\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/blog\/como-automatizar-la-tarjeta-de-almacen-en-excel.html\" style=\"outline: none;\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>pulsando clic aqu\u00ed<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, donde aprender\u00e1s los pasos de \u201cComo Automatizar la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n en Excel Con Tablas Din\u00e1micas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez termines regresa nuevamente aqu\u00ed y continua con la segunda t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Automatizando una Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n con el comando Subtotales en Excel<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vamos a utilizar el mismo archivo que utilizamos en el Primer ejemplo de Como Automatizar la Tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n en Excel con Tablas Din\u00e1micas. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n te dejo el enlace de Descarga:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aplicaexcelcontable.com\/go\/tarjeta-de-almacen-en-excel\" clic para descargar el archivo Excel<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Pulsa clic en el enlace o bien en la imagen de Excel para descargar el archivo de practica para aprender Subtotales en Excel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muy bien, considerando que ya has descargado el archivo, vamos a seguir los siguientes pasos para automatizar la tarjeta de Almac\u00e9n en Excel con el comando Subtotales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Como primer paso, la Base de Datos debe estar alimentada, es decir debe de contener datos, en este caso puedes observar que ya le he agregado Datos en el archivo de ejemplo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Subtotales en Excel\" width=\"618\" height=\"431\" title=\"Datos-en-la-Hoja-Base.png\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 618 \/ 431;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Vamos a Crear una copia de la Hoja Base, para eso pulsamos clic derecho sobre la pesta\u00f1a de la hoja Base, pulsamos clic en el comando Mover o Copiar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Subtotales en Excel\" width=\"363\" height=\"293\" data-init-width=\"363\" data-init-height=\"293\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 363 \/ 293;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Se presenta una ventanita, en este seleccionamos con un Check la casilla crear una copia y pulsamos aceptar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Subtotales en Excel\" width=\"309\" height=\"291\" observar una nueva Hoja llamada BASE (2), dentro de este vamos a seleccionar el siguiente rango, desde la A1: G20.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ahora vamos a ordenarlo por C\u00f3digo, para eso nos ubicamos en la Pesta\u00f1a DATOS y pulsamos clic en el comando Ordenar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Subtotales en Excel\" width=\"231\" data-init-width=\"231\" data-init-height=\"129\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 231 \/ 129;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Se presenta una ventana, dentro de este seleccionamos Ordenar por C\u00f3digo y pulsamos clic en Aceptar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Subtotales en Excel\" width=\"623\" height=\"281\" data-init-height=\"281\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 623 \/ 281;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Muy bien, ahora que ya hemos ordenado la Base, ahora vamos a crear el Subtotal de Cada C\u00f3digo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Desde la Pesta\u00f1a DATOS, pulsamos clic en el comando Subtotales, se presenta una ventana.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>Dentro de este en la primera opci\u00f3n seleccionamos Codigos, o bien puedes seleccionar Productos para que te muestre el Nombre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>En el segundo cuadro de opciones lo dejamos en suma.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>En la tercera opci\u00f3n, marcamos con un check entrada y salida, para que las tres columnas de valores quede marcada.
