\u00abCash Flow\u00bb, es donde se registra la Entrada y Salida de dinero de un negocio en un periodo determinado (Mensual, Trimestral, Semestral, Anual).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Flujo de Caja es un informe financiero m\u00e1s dentro de una empresa que toma en cuenta los Ingresos por ventas, las cuentas por cobrar, Egresos por compra de mercader\u00eda o bien por producci\u00f3n, Egresos por todos los gastos incurridos en el periodo (Ya sea Gastos Administrativos, Gastos de Venta, Gastos Operativo y Gastos Generales).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bfCual es la importancia del Flujo de Caja en Excel?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando llega el momento de comprar mercanc\u00edas o pagar un servicio, no podemos solventar con tan solo decir que pronto cobraremos unas deudas, si no que tenemos que tener dinero para realizar el pago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es aqu\u00ed donde entra la importancia del Flujo de Caja, ya que nos permite conocer la liquidez de la empresa o de tu negocio, entreg\u00e1ndonos una informaci\u00f3n clave que nos ayuda a tomar decisiones tales como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span><strong>Cuanto podemos comprar de Mercader\u00eda?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span><strong>Podemos comprar al contado o es necesario solicitar cr\u00e9dito a los Proveedores?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span><strong>Debemos cobrar al contado o es posible otorgar cr\u00e9ditos a los Clientes?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span><strong>Podemos pagar las deudas a su Fecha de Vencimiento o debemos pedir un Refinanciamiento?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span><strong>Podemos invertir el excedente de dinero en nuevas inversiones?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Como elaborar un Flujo de Caja<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para elaborar un Flujo de Caja debes de contar con la informaci\u00f3n de Ingresos y Egresos de tu negocio. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta informaci\u00f3n lo puedes adquirir de tu Contabilidad, precisamente de los Libros Contables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para elaborar el Flujo de Caja sigue la siguiente estructura que a continuaci\u00f3n voy a detallarte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"\"><span>1<\/span><span><strong>Saldo Inicial:<\/strong> Es necesario partir de un Saldo Inicial de Caja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>2<\/span><span><strong>Ingresos:<\/strong> Incluye todos los ingresos por ventas de mercader\u00eda, venta de activos fijos, cobros realizados a clientes por cr\u00e9dito y otros ingresos recibido distintos al giro de tu negocio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>3<\/span><span><strong>Egresos:<\/strong> Incluye todas las salidas de efectivo por compra de mercader\u00eda, gastos administrativos, gastos de venta, pago de impuestos, pago de n\u00f3minas y los gastos generales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>4<\/span><span><strong>Flujo de Caja Econ\u00f3mico:<\/strong> Dinero en efectivo sin considerar los pr\u00e9stamos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>5<\/span><span><strong>Financiamiento:<\/strong> Cuotas asignadas a pagar por Financiamiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"\"><span>6<\/span><span><strong>Flujo de Caja Financiero:<\/strong> Es el resultado despu\u00e9s de descontar el efecto de Financiamiento al Flujo de Caja
