Formulas Excel SI Truco 3 – Como resumir datos r\u00e1pidamente con CONTAR.SI o SUMAR.SI<\/h1>\n

Una vez termines, regresa nuevamente aqu\u00ed y continua con el tema de hoy.<\/p>\n

Ahora que hemos descubierto la manera de utilizar contar.si<\/a> y sumar.si<\/a>, puedes utilizar estas dos funciones para crear un resumen r\u00e1pido de los datos.<\/p>\n

Por ejemplo:<\/strong><\/em> Podemos Buscar, el promedio de ventas por cliente y de la ciudad que divide los datos de ventas totales por cada ciudad (obtenido usando la Funci\u00f3n Sumar.si) con el total de clientes en esa ciudad (obtenido mediante la Funci\u00f3n CONTAR.SI) como se muestra a continuaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

Esto puede ser una manera r\u00e1pida de hacer un an\u00e1lisis de eje de los datos sin tener que utilizar las tablas din\u00e1micas de Excel (muy \u00fatil si usted es al\u00e9rgico a sobresalir con tablas din\u00e1micas o no est\u00e1 Feliz con el uso y la actualizaci\u00f3n constante de ellos).<\/p>\n

En la imagen puedes observar que hay columna llamada \u00abProm. Ventas x Clientes\u00bb, en estas celdas se obtiene el promedio de venta por cliente en cada ciudad. <\/p>\n

Para eso se divide el Total de Ventas entre el numero de clientes, entonces en Formulas Excel queda as\u00ed: =E6\/D6, esta formula te devolver\u00e1 el promedio de ventas por clientes en la Ciudad especifica.<\/p>\n
